At Container Express Corp, we want you to be fully satisfied with your container purchase or rental. Because our containers are custom-inspected, delivered, and often modified to order, our returns process differs from standard retail purchases.
Order Cancellations
• Orders may be cancelled free of charge before the container ships or is scheduled for delivery.
• Once a container has been dispatched for delivery or delivery scheduling has begun, cancellation fees may apply to cover delivery, restocking, and logistics costs.

• Containers may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or not matching the condition/specifications ordered.
• To request a return, contact us at info@containerexpresscorp.com or (667) 349-1695 with your order number and photos of the container's condition.
• Returned containers must be in the same condition as delivered, accounting for standard inspection.
• Custom-modified containers (offices, combo units, or units altered to customer specifications) are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
• Please inspect your container at the time of delivery. Report any damage, defects, or discrepancies from your order within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange an inspection and, where applicable, a replacement, repair credit, or refund.
Refunds
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
• Pickup and return delivery costs for buyer's-remorse returns (non-defective) are the customer's responsibility.
• Refunds for defective or misrepresented containers include full delivery and pickup costs.
Non-Returnable Items
• Containers that have been used, installed, or modified after delivery
• Custom-built or made-to-order units, except where defective
