Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
* Providing accurate delivery information.
* Ensuring adequate site access for trucks and equipment.
* Obtaining required permits, if applicable.
* Providing sufficient unloading space.

Delivery Inspection
Customers should inspect the container before signing the delivery receipt.

Warranty Policy

Container Express Corp provides limited warranty coverage on eligible products.
New Containers
New or one-trip containers are warranted to be structurally sound and wind and watertight at the time of delivery.
Used Containers
Used containers are sold based on their stated condition and are warranted to be structurally sound and wind and watertight unless otherwise specified.
Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
* Normal wear and tear
* Surface rust
* Cosmetic imperfections
* Paint fading
* Customer modifications
* Accidental damage
* Misuse
* Damage caused by improper installation or relocation
* Natural disasters

Warranty Claims
Customers must notify Container Express Corp promptly after discovering a warranty issue.
Photographs and supporting documentation may be required before repairs, replacement, or other remedies are approved.
Container Express Corp reserves the right to inspect the product before determining warranty eligibility.
Limitation of Warranty
This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Container Express Corp and replaces all other warranties except where prohibited by applicable law.
Container Express Corp’s maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the affected product.
